My bargain pram makeovers

I bought 2 old prams from MBPreloved at a cost of £15 each. 

I converted the red double pram into a single and I used the material from the 2nd hood to make the apron. I also bought a canopy from MB's for £3. I still need to replace the tyres as they are very discoloured.  I am just searching for some that are the correct size. 

The cream pram had a dropped end which I didn't like, so I pushed the end up and glued it in place. I covered the join with a bit of excess material from the underside of the pram. The tyres are plumbers 'O' rings.
